Meet the speakers

Joel Vinnicombe

Joel joined Landbay in 2018, and as Head of Product, led the design and rollout of Landbay’s new Broker Portal, as well as the build-out of several internal portals.

Before Landbay, Joel started his career working for the sports technology company, Hawkeye, as a Systems Operator. He then moved into a Business Analyst Consulting role, before becoming a Mobile Payments Product Owner at Worldpay (FIS). At Worldpay, he also held an Agile Coach role, where he spent time working across many global teams to improve their software delivery process.

Helen McKinney

Helen joined Landbay in 2019. Prior to joining Landbay, Helen was a top-performing Business Development Manager with over twelve years of account management and sales experience.

Her proven track record of specialist mortgage products and market knowledge along with her proven negotiation and business skills help her to promote Landbay’s unique position in the market. This, together with her team management skills, enables buy-to-let brokers to help more landlords get the finance that fits their requirements.
