Carrie Kus
Carrie Kus

Carrie Kus BSc (Hons) CIHM is an independent trainer, tutor and consultant to the housing sector. Carrie has over 20 years industry experience in the private rented sector, both as an investor and private landlord herself and former owner of a letting agency.

Carrie has held a number of Non-Executive Director post including with the Residential Landlords Association (RLA), a homelessness charity and a group of chartered surveyors.

As an independent contractor, Carrie providers training, qualifications and apprenticeships to the wider housing sector, including Local Authorities, letting agents and housing associations. She works closely with the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) as a lead tutor and author across a number of housing qualifications.

Alex Witham

Alex is an experienced business development manager who has previously worked for Natwest and Aldermore banks. Alex covers the East Midlands area, and down to Essex in the South East.

He is known in the industry for helping to provide intermediaries with straight forward solutions to complex buy-to-let lending requirements and is trusted by many of the successful brokerages in his region. Alex has an in depth technical knowledge of buy-to-let lending, so is happy to really get into the detail of a case.
