QUIZ-MAS

1. To enter the prize draw, participants must answer the daily questions using the forms provided.
2. The prize draw will take place on 19th December 2023.
3. Entries will be limited to one per individual per day.
4. The winners will be drawn from the participant entries who correctly answered the questions and are following the Landbay LinkedIn page found here: https://www.linkedin.com/company/landbay/
5. The prizes are a PS5 FC’24 Bundle, Apple AirPods and a Chocolate and Champagne hamper. All elements of the prize are subject to availability. It is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
6. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw.
7. The prize draw is open to any UK resident aged 18 years and over.
8. Employees of Landbay Partners Ltd., its subsidiaries, and any other companies connected with this draw, along with their families and members of their households, are not eligible to enter.
9. No purchase is necessary to take part in the prize draw and no proof of purchase will be required.
11. Any form submitted with incorrect details will be disqualified from the prize draw.
12. The prize winner will be selected by using the miniwebtool – an online random picker to select the prize winner.
13. If the winner cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by the organisers, then the organisers will be entitled to exclude the selected winner and run another random picker session to find the new prize winner.
14. Please allow a minimum of 30 days for delivery.
15. The cancellation of the prize draw at any point is entirely at the discretion of the organisers.
16. Landbay and Partners Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. Landbay and Partners Ltd. further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the competition.
